Shotcrete Services does not currently hold a recognized quality assurance certification, however, we do have an internal quality management system. Our Quality procedures include:

Quality Control. Different levels of control are exercised dependant upon the complexity and nature of the project.

Testing varies upon each project, for most projects we carry out preconstruction material analysis and selection for our approved Suppliers, test panels and samples and onsite concrete production checks. All specimens are tested in accordance with the EFNARC specification by NAMAS certified laboratories.

Training received by our operatives ensures that Shotcrete Services’ nozzlemen set the highest standards in the industry, with particular regard to achievement of specification and safety.
